My bible study today focused on the Fruit of the Spirit of goodness. It was very affirming...goodness is kindness energized into action, as Beth Moore shares. And all the people who have adopted in the past, present and future are accomplishing very specific work for the kingdom when they do it in obedience to God. We are just amazed that God has called us to follow this path of adoption, and tomorrow is the big day! One of high anticipation, emotion and grief -most likely for our dear little girl who will be separated from all she knows, into our arms which are ready to share love, a family, and home with her...but we realize it can be difficult.
Please pray she will grieve, so that she will be able to move forward at her own pace and learn to trust and bond with us. Tomorrow truly starts a "new page" in life for us as well! We leave it in God's hands to work out the details.

What wonderful pictures! I am so glad you have had the time to keep up your blog. I look forward to reading it every day! It seems like you are having a fabulous trip. We haven't seen Anna yet....your mom must be keeping her busy! Hopefully we will see her this weekend.
